Christena Goetz (b 1 Mar 1898 – d 23 May 1976) was born in Fontanet, Vigo County, Indiana to Johannes Friedreich George Goetz (b  27 Feb 1864 – d 6 Apr 1938) and Mary Alice Gilkerson (b 4 May 1872 –  d 29 Apr 1948).  In 1910 the family was living in Nevins Twp. Vigo County, IN.  The census lists the children as:
